Winning Layout

Last month at Out of the Hat, I won a kaiser pack for this Layout. The Criteria were: Black and White photo, paint, and and doodled flourishes
And here is what I received today in the mail from the girls, 4x Kaiser Xmas papers, mini album, rubons, stamp, rhinestones shape, and a baggie full of embellies like ribbon, buttons, and flowers....very nice..thanks

Latest works of ART...

this layout was for a challenge making your own paper ribbons at Crafting In Style CC
This was their OTP challenge, make a door hanger.

Firstly, this Layout is one of the Pencillines #110. Really enjoyed using this sketch with it's circle element (doodled with a circle template just like Kells)

This one is a half map, as a part of the Cyber crop at Mystical last weekend

This is the Current STUCK sketch #64, my example as the CT

This layout is an example for a class I am teaching on using the HS distressor and creating a Xmas layout at my LSS

I have been a little busy as you can see, but have really enjoyed all the challenges

Well I think it is a right off

...yep...our car that is.

On Wednesday, the boys and I were involved in a car accident. An elderly man pulled out of a car park and wanted to turn right across a 4 lane main road at 5.30pm at peak time. He decided he had waited long enough, and decided to pull out right in front of me, I could only break for like 5-10 metres before I ran right into his front right panel and drivers door.

Luckily he was ok. The police issued him with a Failure it Give Way fine, and we got away unscathed.

Since the accident , poor Charlie (DS3), has been traumatised with nightmares and nigth sweats. He also cannot hold a conversation without the accident being the main topic. The poor guys is very concerned about the 'broken' car, and is worried about us being 'hurt' even though we are all ok. I will post a picture of the car once I get a shot.

Another heap of scrappy goodness

Okay, so another load of layouts to share...where do I start?

how about here!

This Layout is the sketch for Nov at Forever Always. I havent been on the site for a while, but came across the sketch and loved it. The picture is Charlie after he had a tiger face paint at a school fair...he loved it. PP are BG Granola...gotta love that tiger print..LOL

This next one is done using the Novemeber sketch at Anna's Craft Cupboard. Had a little trouble getting the right PP for the photos, so thanks Mel for the papers

This Layout is for the Scrap Boutique's Stash Stomper (Rub-ons) and sketch Challenge. I have used 12 different rubons, and their sketch to create this LO

This Layout is for the Crafting In Style Cyber Crop this weekend, using their sketch. But I did forget to use the Quote that was provided...LOL. Cute sketch though and a great chance to use a photo series

This Layout is for the Monthly sketch at Bon's Scraps. Loved the simplicity of the example from the sketch on the site, so desperately tried to replicate it..I very rarely do plain and simple, so Im not sure if I pulled it off

This Layout is the example Layout for this weeks Sketch blog at Crafting in Style. I love the sketch and thought I did a pretty good job at altering it to suit me..LOL

This Layout is for the Title Tempter CHallenge this month at Crafting In Style...loved the titles this month, very boy orientated I thought

This Layout is my first ever one for Scrapbooking for Less. I loved their sketch, so thought I would give it a go...gorgeous picture of my son Charlie dont you think?

So that is about it. I have been working on an altered Monogram for a birthday present, so I hope to share that soon.
Please leave a comment if you feel the need..thanks

Resignation and New beginnings

I have made a few changes in my scrapping life of date, so thought that I would bring people up to day with what is going on

I have officially resigned from Mystical Scrapbooks and Black Magic Sketches. It has been a wonderful experience and I have made a lot of new friends. I loved my time there and learnt heaps. Thanks to all the lovely comments from the girls

And now onto my new ventures!!!!

I am now a member of STUCK sketches and will be scrapping to Sara's Sketches each week.

I have also ben offered the Crafting In Style Sketch Blog position and will be scrapping to their sketches each week too.

So there you have it...all happening here and very exciting...wish me luck
